Equivalent to: SFT322, AC128, 2N2706, NKT275.
These transistors were made in Bulgaria (ZPP - Botevgrad) in 1970s and 1980s under French license (licensed copy of the SFT322 transistor). Used in the early version of Arbiter fuzz guitar effect.
Condition: NEW, NOS, straight from the factory box.
