High-perveance miniature triode having characteristics similar to triode connected 6W6GT. Used as vertical amplifier in television receivers or even as series regulator in stabilized power supplies.
Center tapped heater, may be connected for 6.3V at 600mA. 12B4A is similar to 12B4 except for the controlled heater warm-up, suitable for use in conjunction with other 600mA types.
Intended as TV vertical deflection amplifier, also used as series-pass regulator in power supply circuits.
550V max DC anode voltage, 30mA max DC cathode current, 105mA peak.
Interchangeable with 12B4. Usually GE JAN, we have also other USA manufacturers.
